This information is for Member Associations to explain how to generate ID Cards (or "licenses") to print for their participants, providing that feature is turned on for their Association.
1. Select 'People'
2. Select 'Print Cards'
'Print Cards' will only appear as an option if this feature has been turned 'On' as a part of the system configuration.
3. Select options for the batch to be generated
Printing is done in "batches", based on persons that require a card and limited by the options selected in this step. A person is determined to require a card if they are Active in the current period and an up-to-date card has not already been printed for them, or if they have manually been selected to have a re-print.
This step will be skipped if a batch has been generated previously, but has not been marked as completed (either 'Mark as Printed' or 'Cancel Batch')
ID Cards can be also filtered by Registration Type, which has as sub options: All, Domestic Player Loan, International Player Loan, International Loan In, International Loan Return, Internation Transfer In, International Transfer Out, International Transfer Return, New Registration, Renewal, Transfer.

7. Mark whether completed
Select either 'Mark as Printed' or 'Cancel Batch'.
Selecting 'Mark as Printed' will finalise this batch, and these persons will not appear in future batches unless they register again and require an updated card or are marked for a re-print.
Selecting 'Cancel Batch' denotes that you did not print this batch, so the included persons will appear in future batches until marked as printed.
Requesting another ID Card
After a person has had their card printed, a new card may be requested. This can only be done with an MA level access.
Please view the Requesting a Card Re-Print guide for instructions on how to do this.
